Situated on the top of the hill with panoramic views of the Beaver Valley countryside, the modest home with the blue roof was built in early 1942. The original wood frame house burned in early 1941 and was replaced with the current structure. The concrete blocks for the home were pressed on the property. The house was the home of Vernon and Betty Moore. Vernon was born in 1931 on the Moore farm. Vernon and Betty enjoyed 63 years of marriage living in this home and raising their family. The home continues to stand the test of time and the Ravenna winds.

Thank you! Barry is the one I know of. I am not sure whether or not he has a brother called John.
